So I finally got around to committing to preparing a prime rib dinner at my friend's house in Arizona. I had delusions of granduer: horseradish sauce, steak sauce, baked potatoes, blanched asparagus, and my favorite bargain Napa merlot. It's 7:23pm and the only market in town ran out of rib roast. So sad.
